2007 UNOAKED CHARDONNAY	19.95	Orange blossom, apple, pineapple and pear burst forward, followed by a wonderful, round texture. A magnificent growing season, combined with exceptionally cool fermentation and lees aging have brought this wine to its full potential.

A quality Unoaked Chardonnay vinified in celebration of Canada's diverse Gay culture. $1.00 from every bottle sold will be donated to AIDS research. Chardonngay is the wine with no boundaries. 2007 RESERVE RIESLING	19.95	(by case of 12 bottles only) – gobs of grapefruit, lime and orange rind make way for hints of honey, beeswax and lilac. The powerful nose and palate are framed by a balanced sweetness and bracing acidity. A touch of mineral leads to a clean, long finish.
SOLD OUT 2007 GEWURZTRAMINER	29.95	(by case of 12 bottles only) – lychee, rose-petal and spice envelope the nose while lime and honeysuckle linger in the background. The palate melds pear and lilac into a beautiful, soft texture that is perfectly balanced by the acidity.
2007 VIOGNIER	39.95	Grapefruit rind, orange blossom, peach, mango and papaya explode from the glass. A massive, mouth-filling texture frames the mineral/slate background leading to an exquisitely long finish.
SOLD OUT 2006 UNOAKED CHARDONNAY	19.95	(by case of 12 bottles only) – pineapple, apple, pear, and orange rind burst forward, followed closely by wet stone and mineral. A wonderful, round texture from lees aging combined with excellent acidity gives this wine exceptional balance and sophistication.
2005 UNOAKED CHARDONNAY	19.95	(by case of 12 bottles only) – spiced apple, grapefruit and lemon drop aromas mingle in the inviting nose, while mineral/flint flavours play beautifully within a round, supple texture.
SOLD OUT 2004 OLD VINES CHARDONNAY (American oak)	22.95	Opening with apple, pear and butterscotch aromas, peach and spice unfold underneath creating an intense flavour experience.
2004 OLD VINES CHARDONNAY (French oak)	29.95	Fruit from old vines provides toast smoke, vanilla and spice balanced exquisitely with melon and ripe pear flavours and a creamy, supple texture.
2005 SIGNATURE CHARDONNAY	39.95	Sourced only from the oldest vines in the best vintages, and aged in French oak for 18 months, its depth, power, viscosity and complexity are unmatched. Layer upon layer of peat smoke, spice, coconut, crème brûlée , tree fruit, melon and pineapple mingle together into what seems to be an eternal finish.
2006 VIOGNIER	29.95	Layers of peach, mango, papaya and star-fruit lead to mineral undertones of flint and slate. Aged for seven months on lees, a round, supple middle that envelopes the palate has been created with an exceptionally long finish that seems to continue indefinitely.

2008 WHITE CABERNET	19.95	(by case of 12 bottles only) - strawberry, red currant and pear combine with hints of confectioner’s sugar to unveil a fresh and lively nose. Cassis and raspberry bring together good acidity with a wonderfully balanced palate.

2007 MERITAGE	59.95	New Release - 38% Merlot, 31% Cabernet Franc, 31% Cabernet Sauvignon - Made in the fantastic 2007 vintage! Raspberry, blueberry, cassis and blackberry explode on the nose, with vanilla, coffee, chocolate and spice leading the way in the mouth. Blended from the best barrels in the best vintages it shows intense concentration, power and weight that will allow it to age gracefully, yet a creamy elegance that makes it approachable young.
2007 SYRAH	69.95	New Release - The fabulous 2007 vintage produced perfectly ripe grapes, resulting in exceptional varietal character. Characteristic white pepper, violets and wildflowers intermingle with deep plum, pomegranate and blackberry aromas. Layers of vanilla, earth, smoke and tobacco underpin the solid core of fruit on the palate. Excellent concentration and a firm tannic structure will allow this wine to age over the next 10 years or more.
2007 OLD VINES MERLOT	49.95	New Release - (by case of 12 bottles only) - This wine shows what all the fuss is about with the 2007 vintage! Gorgeous aromas of blackberry, blueberry, and cassis give way to cocoa and coffee on the nose, combining with plum, fresh cream and coconut on the palate. Exceptional focus and concentration combined with a muscular tannic structure lead to an amazingly long, supple finish.
2006 OLD VINES MERLOT	29.95	(by case of 12 bottles only) - huge aromas of blueberry, strawberry and plum layer over coffee and chocolate, while a firm tannic structure and solid concentration frame the round, creamy mid-palate. Vanilla, coconut and butterscotch lead to an amazingly long, supple finish.
2005 MERITAGE	59.95	83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot – Quite simply superlative! Massive aromas of cassis, blueberry, blackberry, spice, mocha and vanilla leap forward. An enormous, mouth-filling texture engulfs the entire palate, leaving an impression of exceptional weight and substance. Muscular and powerful, it has the concentration, density and structure to last a decade or more.

2004 SELECT LATE HARVEST VIDAL	12.95	(by case of 12 bottles only) - A perennial favourite, attractive apricot, peach, and orange zest flavours roll across the palate. Well balanced acidity and a clean, long finish bring the wine to a triumphant conclusion.
